近期，大量用户在互联网上报告了一个奇怪的 Android 稳定性错误，此错误会导致整个系统用户界面无法响应 。Android Police 创始人 Artem Russakovskii 首先在其 Pixel 4 XL 上发现了该 bug，并在 Twitter 上与网友进行了交流，以了解问题是否正在影响更多的人。
Another thing that really bothers me on the Pixel 4 XL – when an app freezes up, it oftentimes locks up the whole UI. Notifications, home gesture – everything becomes unresponsive.
Sometimes the UI unfreezes when the app does, sometimes the app remains frozen.

该 bug 表现为，当 APP 出现无响应情况时，整个系统都会受到影响无法进行操作，最后只能采取强制锁屏，再解锁进入的手段。虽然这一 bug 主要集中在使用 Google 内置启动器的 Pixels 上，但部分一加和小米设备也同样受到了影响。
并且，该 bug 出现的频率并不低，在一些用户的设备上，此种情况在一天内可能会多次发生。受影响的应用程序涉及亚马逊、Twitter、YouTube、YouTube 音乐和 Google Play 商店等等。
受影响的设备则主要运行 Android 10，但其中一些也运行 Android 11 Preview，目前还尚不清楚该 bug 是否会影响其他较旧的 Android 版本。Android Police 已经与谷歌取得联系，但是谷歌尚未对此作出回应。
